At Vision Eye Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase is required, such as an invoice or order confirmation.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Charge
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is defective, or an incorrect product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vision Eye Care is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used contact lenses due to hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized eyewear.
