General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in brand-new, unworn, undamaged condition.

  • All original packaging, cases, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe, depending on the product category.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Prescription Glasses & Sunglasses:

  • Returnable within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must meet the general return conditions above.

  • Contact Lenses:

    • Unopened boxes in their original sealed condition: Returnable within 5-7 days (subject to a restocking fee).

    • Opened boxes: Non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Personalized or Custom Items:

  • Not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Use Trackable Shipping: We are not liable for items lost during return transit. Use a reliable courier and retain proof of postage.

Exchanges

  • Fit or Adjustment Issues:

  • Exchanges may be possible within the return window if the frame is suitable for fitting new lenses. Please contact customer service prior to sending the item back.

  • Prescription Concerns:

  • If there's an issue with your prescription, a valid updated prescription from your eye doctor will be required.

  • A re-make fee may apply if the original prescription was dispensed correctly.
