4. Prescription Verification

Expired prescriptions will not be accepted. Please ensure your prescription is up to date before placing an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery time within India is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
We currently ship only within India.
Shipping and tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at care@visioneyescare.in.
Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped.

Loss or damage after the product has been delivered.
